Assistance & Therapy Dog's
In recent years, my career has taken an exciting shift, transitioning from pet training and security applications to specialising in developing working dogs for assistance roles. My expertise remains focused on puppy and young dog development, where I excel at building a strong foundation for their future work.
I have also been actively involved in the selection process for assistance dogs and am currently developing a dog over a two-year period for a client, with integration planned for mid-2026.
With my qualifications and extensive hands-on experience, I am well-equipped to prepare young dogs to become confident, balanced assistants capable of passing the Public Access Test (PAT) required by many organisations. This ensures both the handler and the dog are set up for long-term success.
Because each client’s needs are unique, I take a tailored approach to create a customized development plan for every team involved, ensuring their specific requirements are met.
